Citadelle Gorges

Spectacular view of the Dadès Valley and surrounding landscape. Comfortable, spacious room with view from the balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Very affordable. Good for a short stay in the beautiful Dadès Valley.

Room could use some updates. Odour from plumbing. Path to property a bit precarious & had to use alternate route upon departure.

Air conditioning not working and room very hot. Asked for an alternative room and informed air conditioning not working in other bedrooms either. Bread was stale at breakfast.

The view and terrace was the jewel of the property, the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was easy to find.

The view and rooms well equipped but no servicing rooms.

Breakfast was basic. No variety. One staff member helpful others vey distant. Food store brought not fresh. Dinners average. Too far to walk to any restaurants.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view from the balcony and from the rooftop. Room was comfortable, clean, well equipped.

Outstanding location! Ideal for before/after the Dades gorge. The parking is on the street and you have to walk a 50 meters path to the hotel. The staff helped us carry all the baggage. The room was clean and the view was outstanding, so was the view from the rooftop terraces. Ideal for having a beer (if you buy it elsewhere) after a long ride.

Having a fridge in the room would have been ideal

Extremely beautiful terrace overlooking the farm and some Berber village and nicely decorated interior. There are nothing nearby in the night time, we had dinner prepared by the guesthouse and the Tajine and Bastilla were so delicious! There is a garage opposite the road that you can park your car. Beds are comfortable and spacious. Recommended.

The aircond in my room wasn’t working very well. Not really cold. We have to open the balcony window for the whole night to allow for some ventilation. It will be great if the aircond can be fixed.

Fantastic location with maximum authenticity. Nice host, good food, comfortable bed.
