Hotel Beni

Although there was easy and plentiful on road parking right outside, they also have off road parking for 2 cars, which was always sufficient during our stay. It's easy to find, in walking distance of the castle and town, although not eating here would be a mistake, the dinner we had there was one of our best meals in Georgia. Breakfast is amazing, all local and freshly prepared. There are views of the castle and a even an old hammam in the garden. I really enjoyed time at the beginning and end of the day relaxing in the quiet, shady garden. It seemed to be the coolest place in town on a hot day.

Good location close to the beautiful fortress and not really far from old city center with restaurants etc., charming guesthouse in the back part of a the estate with a wonderful small garden terrace where you get an excellent breakfast, next are the ruins of an old Turkish bath; nice and helpful landlady who speaks English

It was comfortable, nice location, good staff who helped us with everything, they helped us to navigate around the city. Nice breakfast, pleasant, big, comfortable room , overall staying there was a great experience

Sitting on top of the Turkish baths!!! How many times can you experience living with historical sites in your garden? Very nice and sweet family. And they cooks a sumptuous and delicious vegetarian dinner! The best, best and best lobio in the world!

Wonderful and welcoming host. Very interesting location with Turkish showers on the same site. Nice quiet rooms and very clean. Security was good and breakfast was great. Good value here and a great spot to stay near the fort.

The only issue I had were the bed was a bit hard for me ...... personal preference only.

Excellent family guest house. Good room, great breakfast, friendly host family and set in a beautiful garden. Quiet location but only 5 minutes walk up the hill from the castle entrance

Nothing but if you are walking from the bus station/stop it is a 10-15 minutes uphill walk to the guest house

It is a great small family hotel with tastefully decorated comfortable rooms. The host also offers transportation services, which were done punctually and for a reasonable fee.

Breakfast could be better

Staying a night at Beni was absolutely unforgetable. The town is in the central location several key cultural hallmarks (Kintsvisi, Vardzia etc) are within short drive. We were treated like royalties by hotel host. The hotel itself is located in the backyard of their house it felt very safe and protected. Hand made local type of food was prepared amd served to us imdividually over tables with silverware and white cloth. The rooms were crisp clean and renovated and gave us a famtastic rest. Local dining is high end. The lically made white semi-sweet was the best we had im Georgia. Highly recommended
