Friendly owner, perfect location

Prices for food and tea, cold room, heating only with AC, barking dogs whole night long.

You can't find a better location I think.

There were no prices posted in the souvenir shop.

Great location for visiting Troy which balances out the basic facilities, and it’s perfect for an overnight stay before or after visiting the ancient site. Our host was polite and accommodating.

There was no hot water. The meals we had there were small portions and not at all good value for the price we paid.

The place is right across the museum, close to the archaeological site and in a walking distance to the village center (shops, restaurants etc.). The room was spacious and there was a place to sit also outside, in front of the apartment. Owner is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good. Good value. Recommendable. Friendly young cat in the courtyard. (Minibus to Canakkale stops close to the museum, i.e. also across the street.)

The location was perfect, right across the street from the Troy museum and about a 10 minute walk into the ancient city. The rooms were good value, the owners were very friendly, and they have a small restaurant on property which is convenient. We also liked that breakfast was included in the room so we didn't have to go find a place before going to the sites. It's simple, not fancy, but a good value for a stay and breakfast. We ate dinner there both nights as we were tired from travelling and the food is homemade and good. We'd recommend this property if your intent is to visit Troy.
