Riverside Guesthouse

Location perfect … comfortable and filly equipped bedroom… amazing breakfast

L'auberge, bien que situé sur la rue principale est calme est possède un certain charme du passé. Parking gratuit dans le rue devant. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Pas grand chose à faire dans le village. Le soir il faut reprendre sa voiture 5 min pour aller manger.

We had a wonderful stay, Anthony our host was excellent, comfortable bed great sleep and fresh towels daily. We had the best cooked breakfast. The service was second to none. Anthony even assisted us with our family history in the region. We would not hesitate in recommending the riverside guesthouse. 10 out of 10

This guesthouse is centrally located in Charlestown which is approx 8km to Knock Airport (Ireland West). The 200 year old house is filled with antique furniture and memorabilia and has rooms located on several levels reachable by winding stairs. The room was comfortable and clean with a large ensuite shower/dressing room. Breakfast was excellent with an varied menu and cooked to order. The town has some traditional pubs where we also received a good welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and had no complaints. We travel regularly through Knock Airport and this is an ideal location for those taking a morning flight.
