Little Court

Attractive building and site on the road between Dorchester and Charminster. Spacious old style property - we saw deer walking in the grounds from our window. It was good to have a proper large bathroom of our own, which I prefer to the typical cramped en-suite at many hotels and B&Bs. Large comfortable bed. Quiet, relaxing spacious environment was a pleasure after a few days at pub guestrooms and small B&Bs.

The options for walking to somewhere for dinner are limited (though there is the Sun Inn on the road to the south). However, it is an easy drive into Dorchester and you can park for free from 6pm at the Top O Town car park

Zimmer, Frühstück und Bett sehr gut. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und besorgt um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Sehr charmantes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Zum Anwesen gehört auch ein sehr großzügiger und gepflegter Garten, sogar mit einem Pool. Bei gutem Wetter eine erfrischende Erholung.

Wie in vielen englischen Unterkünften ist das Thema warmes Wasser und Sanitär etwas unterentwickelt. Warmes Wasser im Bad mit ungefähr 5 Minuten Wartezeit, das Wasser tröpfelt eher als dass es fließt. Bis der WC-Spülkaten wieder gefüllt ist, vergehen ca. 10 Minuten. Aber das gehört wohl zu England dazu.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly, pool was lovely, beds were comfy, gardens were immaculate and house itself was a lovely period property with good parking.

only thing that would be nice would be to have a little better water pressure in the showers. It is expected from a property of this age - but that would have made the whole stay perfect.

The breakfast was fantastic! As was the property overall, and the beautiful grounds!

Hot water takes quite a while to come out of the tap hot...it's not a complaint but something I'm not used to and was the sole non-awesome thing about Little Court.

Just a lovely place to stay - beautiful property and grounds, rooms are cosy and well equipped - beds super comfy, bathroom products excellent, very clean and tidy etc - gardens stunning - pool wonderful - lots of little places to sit around garden - very professional, friendly owner - highly recommend.
