"Welcomed like a returning local not a tourist; a stupendous setting with a village feel."

The view from the room was amazing, a spectacular location.

Did not realise that you had to walk 100 yards to the sister hotel for meals or that a heater in the room had to be requested but a small price to pay for the location ( a short walk to the Tibetan Arts Institute and an uninterrupted front row view of the majestic Dhauladhar mountains) and incredibly friendly helpful and efficient staff, who only wanted to make one’s stay as enjoyable as possible.
