WE HAD A LOVELY STAY BUT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN AIRCONDITIONING OR STRONGER FANS IN THE ROOMS AS IT WAS VERY HOT BUT THE HOSTESS DID GIVE US 2 SMALLER FANS WHICH WERE A HELP. OTHERWISE WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND FELT VERY WELCOME.

The service, the attention to detail the concern for our satisfaction.

The gate had some challenges but only because of loadshedding.... and the host always reassured and made us comfortable
