Nothing honestly. The toilet was leaking water and the whole room smelled like sewage! I reported this on arrival Friday and was told that the plumber will only attend to this on Monday. Absolutely insane

The host Marlize is a careless admin person who just messes up bookings and you are taken up and down between rooms and locations because their booking system is chaotic. I asked to be refunded and went to book myself in another guesthouse because I was just too tired. Customer services is non-existent and the staff seem like they are mistreated by the owner.
