Magome Chaya

Ce fut un simple stop mais tout m'a semblé bien organisé et propre alors que les salles de bain et sanitaires sont en commun

Last minute booking at this traditional hostel. We booked a dormitory bed but they were able to offer us a private room instead which was nice. The room was traditional and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. We decided to have the traditional meal when we arrived which was a great experience.

Nothing all was good

The location couldn’t be beat! Beautiful place to stay, comfortable and the facilities had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and kind. Dinner was amazing!

We could always use more pillows.

I stayed in the dorm for 2 nights and had a great stay. I really liked the curtains that enclose every bed individually. I opted for dinner both nights and they were seriously 2 of the best meals I had in Japan. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. There are no bad locations in Magome, it's such a cool place. The shared bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean, and you could fill a cup with hot water and tea any time. The other guests were also very lovely, incidentally.

The mattress on the bottom bunk was quite hard by US standards, but I slept well enough.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral in Magome gelegen und ein klassisches japanisches Gästehaus. Unser Zimmer war mit Ausblick auf die Berge und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine kleine Küche sowie einen Aufenthaltsraum. Getränke und Snacks kann man sich in der Unterkunft kaufen. Tee gibt es kostenlos. Wir sind zwei Nächte geblieben und haben das Abendessen mitgebucht. Das können wir sehr empfehlen, mit das beste Essen das wir auf der gesamten Reise hatten!

Dinner was very good, 10 bed dorm was one of the quietest I have stayed in, curtain separation between bunks and also on each bed made very dark
