A beautiful property in a quiet location . Excellent in every way . The breakfast was superb and the hosts friendly, welcoming and helpful .

The location, warm welcome and character of the property. We were able to BBQ and enjoy the garden area. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Absolutely brilliant overall would recommend to friends and family. The only adjustment would be the option of a slightly later breakfast and freedom to not pre order breakfast.

Great location for us as we were visiting the nearby Wilderness Reserve and also exploring old haunts eg Southwold. Lovely friendly owners and lovely breakfasts - especially the home made granola with berries and yogurt. Interesting house, pretty bedroom (with fridge containing milk and chocolate - much appreciated) comfy bed, nice large bathroom, and outside space that would have been great had it been a bit warmer weather.

A second comfy chair would have been good but appreciate that the room size and layout makes that difficult.

The breakfast was amazing. Only comment would be we were given home made museli which had a lot of nuts etc, we are not allergic but my husband was not keen, no choice. No choice of white or brown bread, only brown. Home made jam and marmalade which was delicious. Bed was so comfortable.

Only that maybe a choice of white or brown bread and a choice of one other cereal.

Breakfast was fantastic, Lovely sausages and eggs. The owners could not do enough for us, very charming and attentive.

I cannot rate the Corner Farm b&b too highly.  The hosts made us feel welcome from the start, showing us around, allowing us to select the room we would like to stay in. Simple you may say but it was simply done well. There are two double bedrooms and a chalet style property next door. We selected the room on the first floor that was part of what could be said to be a barn conversion- but it was built recently, therefore, all mod cons. Normally when pictures of rooms are displayed on the Internet you are disappointed when you see it in the flesh. Corner Farm B&B is the exception. See my pics.  Please note I am an awful photographer.  I was initially concerned about bumping my head on the timber. I am 5ft 11in (ok 5ft 10 ½in) but there were no issues where height is concerned. If you like exposed beams, you will love this.  Did I mention underfloor heating... nice touch! Each room has a good-sized shower room and toilet. Which was cleaned each day.  The food was incredible, I had a full English breakfast preceded by cereal and fruit juice. My wife had the vegetarian version and the beauty of it was, each menu option was fully customisable. So, the second morning my wife had smashed avocado on toast. Looked really tasty.  There is so much more I could mention, looking at the stars from bed through the velux windows, the freshly laid eggs, the jacuzzi, the conservatory... Now, the real reason for my booking Corner Farm was for charging our electric vehicle. They have two charge points. A facility not many b&bs have. Would I stay there again. You bet!

The only minor issue I had in the room was getting to the bedside plug to charge my phone. But I am at the age when I need advanced yoga techniques to put my shoes on.
