A tisztaság nagyon tetszett. Ár/érték aránya jó. Központ közeli, de kicsit rendezetlen utca. Felújítás is van az utcában, de több szakaszon járhatatlan a járda.

Az én szobám megközelítése, kialakítása nagyon kényelmetlen volt! A lépcső és a tetőtéri gerendák miatt óvatosság szükséges, amire fel is hívták a figyelmemet. Egymáshoz nagyon közeli pici szobák, szinte minden áthallatszik, hajszárító, horkolás, stb.
