We did not have breakfast

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist, who did not readily open for us, but came to the gate and asked us how she can help. She then asked our name, but did not have the means to check to confirm our booking. It gave us an idea that she just based her enquiry on looking at us and felt she does not trust us, We also did not like the idea of having one iron and ironing board in the ironing room. What happens if more than one resident need to iron? It would help in there are at least 3 different ports for ironing in the ironing room, .
