Poor-quality breakfast, including concerns related to hygiene. Generally careless service, although a few staff members tried. Doors with faulty locks, dirty and broken benches, and coffee tables in poor condition

Me gustó terraza, algo desordenada pero fue lo mas vistoso del hotel

No me gustó llegar a las 5:00 pm y que mi cuarto no esté listo, no me gusto que a pesar de que me fui a almorzar con mi familia, volvimos y el cuarto seguía sin estar listo y queriamos descansar del viaje, no teníamos jabones, toallas a pesar que siempre supieron que eramos 4 nos dieron tres porque me dijo la srta que el hotel solo da hasta 3, o sea???? Una descordinación en todo

La vista

La limpieza, no me solucionaron la falta de agua caliente, pudo haber mejor trato por la falta del cuarto qué pedí (ya que el jacuzzi derramaba el agua primero y después no tuve agua caliente para usar el jacuzzi ni la ducha, además de la falta de wifi en la habitación la primera noche y habían bichos en los techos y en las esquinas)

The ease of booking and checking in for 3 families, 3 separate bedrooms and multiple rooms. Booked and checked in minutes later flawlessly. Great location. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Great pool/bar combo with Bluetooth speakers that allow you to control the music. Highly recommend!
