Amazing room, beautiful place with a big common area. Full equipped kitchen. I loved the open shower outside and the bathtub. The location is outside the city, very calm and relaxing. It was one of the best places to stay in south Africa.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage mitten im Nirgendwo sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Stelzenhaus mit großen, gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsbereichen und einem schönen Holzdeck. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls super und hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile (Gashob, Kühlschrank, Spüle). Vom Schlafzimmer aus konnten wir Springböcke und andere Tiere direkt vorbeiziehen sehen, was ein wunderschönes Erlebnis war. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Manager: außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und wirklich engagiert. Man merkt, dass er sich mit echter Freude um die Gäste kümmert. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind großzügig, weshalb sich die Unterkunft auch gut eignet, wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist.

Die Unterkunft ist an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen – zum Beispiel das Holzdeck, das man gut renovieren könnte. Die Anfahrt ist landschaftlich schön, wurde aber durch Menschen, die versuchen Autos mit teils skurrilen Methoden anzuhalten, etwas getrübt. Gut, wenn man das vorher weiß. Kleiner Hinweis für Selbstversorger: Es gibt keinen Backofen.

The place was peaceful and the privacy was the chert on top for me, Nonkie was amazing as the receptionist. The outside shower the highlight for me while my partner was in love with the bath. Perfect for romantic couples trip

I personally underestimated the 30km outside town and the 5km of gravel road but it was worth every km But mostly the bed was not comfortable for us but not a train smash

The location is exceptional. The tents are super well equipped and the welcome by the staff was excellent
