location, cleanliness, super friendly staff

other guests with children make a lot of noise, particularly early in the morning.

We had a good sleep, it's in a quiet area. Good Value for money

Room a a bit too simple, having at least one chair would help

There is a kitchen, free water and the blankets are comfortable. The garden is also pretty nice and there is a nice hangout area downstairs and a lot of power outlets. It's also not next to the main street but still very close. WiFi was good enough for a video call.

You always have to bring the toilet paper out of your room to the shared toilets. Not so nice if you forget it once.

They were overbooked, since they thought we would arrive a day later. So as a compromise we got a bigger room with a private bathroom by paying Q65 extra. - no hot shower - ants everywhere in the room

The location is good, a few minutes away from the buissy main street.

There was no hot water and inside the building it was noisy. Wear earplugs

The guy that checked us in was nice and welcoming. Took us in very late without a problem.

Someone was creeping around and spying on us in our room. Didn't know if it was staff or another guest. Didn't feel safe and left the next day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and so were the communal showers and toilets.
