Best location in town. Best staff in town

Not being able to stay longer!

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Khun Moo & Khun Obb! A couple of requests were met, particularly the delicious Thai breakfast. Excellent location and service.

Beach towels would have been appreciated.

It's all about location. Highly recommend if you need budget hotel at Karon beach (right on the beach!). At the same time very quiet area, almost no traffic and thus no noise. Within walking distance to shopping/eating and transportation. As solo female traveller felt safe. Very friendly and helpful lady looking after facility, attentive to guests and always available.

Intermittent Wi-Fi signal

If your looking 5 star this is not for you. It's a Thai owned/run old style, large room with all you need right on the beach with very friendly and accommodating staff. Ok food very reasonably priced and included breakfast also ok. Clean tidy and safe if a little run down

Great for beach lovers as you are right beside Karon Beach. Staff are very kind and friendly. We had the side room with the balcony overlooking a grove of trees which is lovely. You can hear the waves on the beach all the time. Rooms cleaned every day. Spacious bedroom with good size wardrobe, drawers and side board including mini fridge.

The building itself is a bit old and tired, but it didn't bother us too much as we were happy to be so close to the sea. (This has been mentioned in previous reviews, too). The protective plastic on the bedroom lamp shades doesn't look great and could be a fire hazard. Old type air conditioning is quite noisy. We didn't realise that the payment hadn't been taken, so it would be better if we were asked to pay on arrival, which is what usually happens.

Location (direct by the sea) and staff- family team. We were happy in those days, thank You, Mumu and the team! And, if it only would be possible, next year, we will be back:)

Of course, there are details, that need to be improved. But...most important, for foreign tourists is supporting staff, and we feel that support. Thank You.

Clean spacious rooms few steps to the sandy beach which was cleam calm and not crowded like patong.. Very nice staff
