Living Room Guesthouse & Cafe Bar

Ubytovaní sme boli u Craiga jeden mesiac. Hostiteľ je veľmi milý nápomocný ak sme potrebovali s niečím pomôcť alebo požičať napriklad žehličku s ničím nebol problem. Izba bola každý den upratana, čisté uteráky, fľaša s vodou. Dole v restike bolo vynikajúce jedlo ci uz anglická alebo thajska kuchyňa.

Good location. Spacious room. Great food. Cleanliness is excellent. Craig is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place.

Хорошее расположение в центре пляжа Карон, не дорогая цена, чисто все работает, есть все необходимое. Очень ответственный владелец всегда на связи, мгновенно реагирует на просьбы, заселяет раньше если есть возможность. Внизу его кафе с разнообразным меню и доступными ценами, все вкусно. Всего 5 номеров, соседей не разу не слышал, хотя все занято было.

Единственное бывает шумно до 0-00, от соседнего отеля Ротана, там в некоторые дни живая музыка. Но такая ситуация в центре в основном везде, если нужно тишины, надо жить намного дальше и дольше ходить на пляж придется

Классное расположение, 10 минут вразвалочку пешком до пляжа, все рядом - рестораны, бары, массажные салоны, магазины. Хороший ресторан в самом гест хаусе - постоянно там завтракали. Цена/качество с перевесом в сторону качества. Очень гостеприимный персонал - все улыбаются, искренне радуются тебе прям. Хозяин Craig - очень отзывчивый человек, всегда поинтересуется как проходит отдых, все запросы выполнит.

The property was very clean, but the room was large room and close to everything in Karon. It’s was very quiet at night so no trouble sleeping. Room was made up every day and new water left in the room. Craig was very welcoming and the food in the bar below was very good. Great value for money and great hosts.

What a beautiful hotel! The moment I arrived I was welcomed by Craig, checked in early and he helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The hotel is lovely and clean! The rooms are really nice! Daily house keeping, including bedding change, clean, fresh towels and a 1.5L bottle of water daily. You can tell the staff generally care about the hotel, it’s to a fantastic standard. They have a restaurant and the food looked amazing, however, I never got around to trying it, as I had food poisoning from the previous place, so didn’t have much of an appetite! But the restaurant was always busy and Craig and the girls were always sat in the restaurant chatting away to customers! Craig was really good in providing recommendations on things to do around the local area! All around great experience! You are right next door pretty much to the temple, 7/11 and the beach is like a 2 minute walk! Lots of shops and restaurants near by! Thanks for a lovely stay! Jess

Great breakfast . Central location

Living Room Guesthouse is in the very center of Karon Beach, only 250 m from the beach. The staff is very friendliy and the restaurant excellent! A very good place to stay and relax.
