The breakfast and staff where perfect

The pools were dirty and they attempted to clean them on Saturday morning which they failed. The place is infested with ants and proactive plan. Outside no maintenance of cleaning surrounding areas.

I liked e everything about the place, the staff is friendly and know how to take care of customers , the food was fresh and tasty. Their service is top notch.

The Jacuzzi was very cold and dirty, the pool where dirty all of them also the place was so dirty full of bottles all over the place, the is no reception I felt as if it was a scam when I got their and the is no telecom, called her it didnt go through we had to wait an hour to get in the place and I had booked a photoshoot when I got their to check in and change to do the photoshoot they didnt wan to me tom check in as they didnt even know about my photoshoot which I had to change right their so I do my shoot because time was not on my side as they charge for delay this people. The are so many kids there and they smoke drink alcohol and through the bottles by the pool the was no privacy. What you see on tick tok its not the same.. the place is beautiful but due to lack of maintence its very poor now.

Nothing is interesting about that place

The facility is dirty, they don't change dirty water in the jacuzzis, there is no trained staff that receives people and check in procedure is a complete mess. I booked for a room and paid them extra money for a room setup but when I arrived they allocated me a room without a birthday setup. My plan for the special day was spoiled.

They did not offer soap and lotion and I didn't have any on me thinking it will be available.

Only the outside view is attractive and nice

Their breakfast is not nice..they repeat the same thing. Their rooms are not nice basin was broken. What they advertise is not what you get when you get at the venue

Everything about it was beyond our expectations
