The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had space, a hot shower, and a balcony to use. Right next to the beach, with a pool (didn't use it, but it looked good), and a wooden place I could use to do yoga in front of the beach. They provide drinking water everyday. Location is perfect to explore different parts of the island.

Sewage smell in the room when we left for some time and returned without leaving the fan on. No mosquito nets on the windows, so you can't open at night to circulate the air - the fan doesn't help much with closed windows. Lightening in the room is not the brightest, if you don't open the curtains (so everyone sees inside) it'll be a bit dark.

Einzig die verwendeten Handtücher waren nicht optimal, da der Stoff an der Haut geklebt hat.

La struttura e molto carina, aria condizionata indispensabile in questo periodo (aprile). Staff super gentile...posizione buona,vicino al centro e al pantip market...unico neo la spiaggia non e' la piu' bella dell'isola ma comunque balneabile e comoda...il servizio bar in piscina super....fanno degli ottimi spritzz...super gentili...grazie

The place was very nice, good shower. The pool was nice, too, and we also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed it.

this looks like an overpriced homeless/hippie night shelter 2x2m rooms, no toilet paper, smell everywhere, and everything is rusty and dirty also, make sure that you follow every rule (even ones you dont know), otherwise they use every opportunity to steal your deposit

The pictures are a bit misleading. I reserved the”budget” room, which is understandable that it’s a budget however I was not aware until checking in that there was no a/c in the unit so that was unfortunate given how hot it is during the day. The staff was friendly and will help you find a taxi for only 100bht The views of the ocean are pretty, not the most spectacular but still beautiful. The ocean itself in this area wasn’t bad either. It did have some debris and the beach area was unfortunately littered with trash. The pool Was very nice and clean and I did hear from other guests that the rooms that were more expensive than the budget were nice. Also this area is within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, and dispensaries and only a 6min drive to the pier. Overall if you are just looking for a chill location or are staying a night or two this place is worth the $ for the area
