WLAN hat nicht wirklich funktioniert

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst place I have ever been in my life

EVERYTHING. Rooms are thick with mold everywhere, all over the walls, on the beds all over the pillows, the smell was horrendous and made me feel sick. Left my bag in there for 3 hours and mold spread onto my bag. Bed is so wet from the moisture in the room i can’t even describe how awful this place is. We decided not to stay when we realised that mold had spread onto my belongings, we asked for a refund and they told us to come back in the morning, we found an amazing place just down the road and the staff were so good, we came back here the next day to collect our refund only to find they had already got new people in our room even though we had the keys and hadn’t checked out yet. They then pretended they couldn’t speak English even though they spoke great English previously and kept saying they can’t get hold of manager, but I think one of them is the manager and they are scamming us. We came back 3 days in a row for a manager and didn’t get one, got refused a refund even though they got double money because they got new people into the room, we showed them the mold and they shrugged it off and didn’t care at all. It’s disgusting outside the whole area smells like sewage. Even as a budget traveller this place was so terrible and the staff were so rude. Kuta is an amazing place but our whole trip was ruined because of this place and wasted so much of our time and money. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.

The location, the staff kindness and availability. Everybody was very friendly and keen to help. One of them even allowed me some of his free time to help me learn how to properly drive a scooter 🥹 I also could easily extend my stay 2 times.

La piscine et les bungalows, près des restaurants

La piscine est géniale très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner est bon, le lit est confortable, le personnel est très gentil et l’hôtel est bien placé. Il y a un supermarché collé à celui-ci, si vous allez à pied à la plage vous en avez pour 7-10minutes et vous passerez par une avenue rempli de warung (petit + pour rocco warung) ce qui est top !

Il y a une petite ouverture au niveau de la salle de bain ce qui fait que nous avons eu plusieurs insectes qui sont entrés et de ce fait nous n’étions pas trop rassurés et nous nous pressions quand nous étions dans la salle de bain par peur de croiser nos amis les bêtes :) L’hôtel est bien placé mais attention pour traverser il n’y a pas de passage piéton et ce n’est pas très éclairé la nuit

Posizione molto buona per raggiungere il centro di Kuta. Piscina molto bella. Stanza grande e colazione inclusa. Aria condizionata funzionante.
