Only have one thing good hot water and bathroom clean

That they took forever to check us in and the room have fridge and microwave It felt like we were asking for favor no toilet paper or maybe side plates for guests

They were not prepared when we got there. The toilet has no door. There are many better places in Rustenburg to stay .

The location is ok, but the rest is a disaster.

The bathroom was very dirty, sink is broken in the bathroom, 1 bath towel and one hand towel for 3 people (they knew that we are going to be three), The curtains were transparent, lights outside are very bright, hence we couldn't sleep. Ceiling light was not working properly, show was not working properly. Staff is very unprofessional and slow. only one gentleman was very helpful and gave us a code to open the gate early in the morning. 2 ladies were so unhelpful, could not answer questions and were confused. We waited 30 minutes in front of the gate for them to open. In our room there were no kettle, no tea, no coffee, not even a glass, spoon etc.

The location of the property was perfect,it was in a quiet area not too far from cbd.

The room is inside the main house where it’s shared with family that permanently resides there,we would have to knock on the main door to gain entry into the house whenever we came back from where we went. No TV in the room,lights not working in the bedroom. There’s just so much that needs to be fixed
