El desayuno estuvo delicioso y estaba incluido en el precio, la habitación muy limpia y amplia. Una ubicación muy buena para ir al jardín de eventos de Xolatlaco.

El shampoo que ofrecen está medio malo, creo que podrían poner algo mejorcito.

"Attentive and friendly staff!"

Definitely staff. They’re friendly and attentive. From check in to check out, they offered little but nice extra perks. We arrived late at night and the guard in charge made sure we made it safely to the room upstairs, and that our car was parked in a safe spot.

Room was alright. I’d suggest making sure it feels more cozy. Also water from the shower was colder than ideal, but we let the staff know and they mentioned they’d fix this.

"This is better described as a friendly guesthouse (posada), not a ful-service hotel."

Wenceslao, the chef, was extremely charming and took the time to talk to us and compare culinary notes. The other staff were also very courteous and helpful.

There was no hot water in the room. The property was a long way from colonial downtown and the road outside was congested with heavy traffic and noisy trucks.
