"Good hotel with a parking slot. It is located on a hill, so you'll have a nice view from your window"

There is no air conditioner, but somehow it is not needed when +30* is outside. Hotel looks like a recently built, furniture is in good shape. There is a parking slot. And they plan to build a pool in 2026.
