All was good.

The location was ok, nothing special, but very quiet neighborhood.

For start, I didn't like the owner, management and hotel stuff. First of all, we booked and paid the hotel like a week before the arrival. Some days before arrival, the hotel set us a message that the room that we have paid is not available, and that was the rook with three separate beds, so they have changed the room with two beds ( one double and one regular ), also without any apologizing, nothing. Further more, I told them that 3 separate beds were the main reason that we booked the room in the first place, but considering we were on the road, we didn't have time to look for another hotel. The management we very trying to talk us to do the refund if we don't like that our room was changed??? So I proposed to them kindly that, considering that was very unprofessional, it would be good if we get free breakfast in the return, but then they really were not polite, telling us that if we don't like the new room, we don't have to come?!?!? Upon our arrival, they were looking at us really strange, talking something in Romanian language between themselves. Really not pleasant moment. So when we got the room, sincerely, the room was clean, except sheets which had some stains. So the shower didn't work well, barely any water went through the battery. The heating was ok, so were the comfort of the beds, All in all, not good hotel, 3/10

Proprietarii sunt amabili, curățenie, căldură,liniște ,totul a fost bine. Mulțumesc frumos pentru cazare și amabilitate.🙂

Camera spațioasă, salteaua confortabilă, cafeaua delicioasă. Într-un cuvânt super ok. Vom reveni cu siguranță.
