The dark braai area and its surroundings although a lamp was later supplied.

Facilities were great.

The facility itself was excellent; however, the staff left much to be desired. A major issue was the strict no-guest policy, which was a dealbreaker for us. It's surprising that the staff seemed unaware that guests should be allowed to visit. Additionally, we experienced multiple interruptions as staff knocked on our door repeatedly. To make matters worse, the following morning, we were subjected to a lecture or "preaching," which was intrusive and unnecessary. This experience significantly impacted our stay, and we hope the management addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences.
