I liked everything their hospitality was on point

Swimming pool was very clean, but I was deceived by pictures on the internet and the place is very old and not properly maintained nothing looks like what I saw on the internet

The place had no water, and the sink was dirty. The room did not look like it was prepared for the guests

Nothing to like at this place.

They canceled my booking 30 minutes before my arrival that I made way in advance and gave it to a walk in cash customer. I found myself stranded in the middle of the night in a dodgy small town of white river. They don't care about their customers' safety. Their receptionist is arrogant and rude towards customers. Please save yourself and take your money elsewhere. They are bunch of scammers. Apparently customers are not even allowed to speak to the management for intervention (I was told by their rude receptionist). This place shouldn't be in business and must be removed from this platform.

Comfortable stay.

Cleanliness

Old bed, carpets, tiles and furniture. There's only one remote for the gate, when people arrive late, they had to hoot and other people were disturbed.
