Halleria Self Catering

The room was super clean and exactly as advertised. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was cleaned every morning.

The heater in our room didn't work and it was a super cold weekend. Luckly we were provided with an extra blanket so that was great. The outside did not look super well kept. No securities on sight.

Staff was unsure of the facilities they had. We asked if we could go fishing the lady from the morning shift did not know where the fishing rods were. Later on the other lady said we can't go fishing because they don't have fishing rods. Again it says noise should be reduced from 21h00 but before that we were told we are making noise and we should be mindful of other guests

It would be lovely to have all cutlery, everything was there except for forks which I got upon requesting them, so not bad at all. And lastly the temperature of the water in the morning could be improved by being a bit hotter than it was.
