Beautiful guesthouse located in the old part of the city which is a quiet, peaceful area. Really lovely building, beautifully presented. Huge comfortable bed, great A/C. Staff are friendly and attentive, decent breakfast, free tea and coffee always available, cheap Grab taxis make it easy to get wherever you need to be.

No hairdryer in the room.

郷土食など朝食が選べて、おいしかった。歴史文化が感じられる施設で、それでいて清潔感がありとてもよっかった。とても静かな環境で、大きな通りが１００ｍくらいのところにあるとは思えなかった。

周辺の壁の一部が一部閉鎖されていたため、通りに出るのに少々遠回りが必要でしたが、静かな環境なので、それも楽しめました。

Quiet location but still in very central area. The house is absolutely comfortable with good beds and spacious veranda in front of the hotel. This hotel is absolutely a recommedation if you stay in Jogja.

- Within walking distance of a square with many small foodstalls in the evening. - About 5 minutes by motorbike to Malioboro street. - Helpful staff who's eager to help with motor bicycle rental, info about tourist spots and many other things you might need.

- Simple breakfast. - Room was cleaned without asking. Please ask first if guests want to have the room cleaned. - A price of about Rp 900.000,- per night is far too much if you compare this accommodation with hotels in the same price range. For this huge price hotels offer buffet breakfast, a bar and much better facilities.
