Apartments Siparis with Pool

Piccolo complesso con 6 appartamenti con piscina, area bbq e giardino. Piscina perfetta per giocare con i bambini o passare un momento di relax. Area esterna completa di bbq e di tavoli per pranzare/cenare. Appartamento essenziale ma completo e comodo. Zona tranquilla a poca distanza dalla spiaggia. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Alles hat uns gefallen, es war alles ok. Die Vermieterin/Chefin war wirklich nett und lieb, und die Wohnung war sehr sauber

Bardzo fajne miejsce z basenem z którego moje dzieci praktycznie nie wychodziły. Duży zacieniony parking, przestrzenny taras oraz przesympatyczne mieszkanko. Gorąco polecam!!!

Gut war das es einen Pool gibt und ausreichende Parkplätze

Grillplatz ist vorhanden, aber total ungepflegt. Die Tische und Bänke total instabil. Grillen war nicht möglich laut Vermieterin weil es da zugewachsen war mit Bambus Sträuchern allerdings mussten wir selber Gartenarbeiten verrichten um die Erlaubnis zu erhalten das wir grillen durften. Klimaanlage darf nicht bei 16 benutzt werden man darf nur 24 Grad einstellen Klima nur in Wohnzimmer vorhanden die anderen Schlafräume besitzen kein3 Klimaanlage, viel Spaß beim schwitzen Kühlschrank gefrierfrachtür ist kaputt und kommt beim öffnen entgegen Wer den Kühlschrank öffnen möchte der öffnet auch die küchenschublade mit Zu wenig Geschirr, Gläser löffel ect pp . Zu wenig Handtücher und zu wenig Toiletten Papier Keine Geschirr Tücher vorhanden um Geschirr abzutrocknen Messer alle stumpf keine Kochlöffel vorhanden um vernünftig kochen zu können Keine hacken in Unterkunft um Handtücher aufhängen zu können Unterkunft wurde nur zum Schlafen genutzt im großen und ganzen zu teuer und nicht den Sternen entsprechend Vermieterin hatte sich beschwert warum wir die Küche nicht gereinigt haben dafür gibt es doch einen Reinigungs Service Gut war die Örtlichkeit und die Anbindung zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeit Pool war okay aber mehr auch nicht Pool leider nur für 4 Personen geeignet obwohl das Haus 6 Wohnungen hat

Nothing really.

Location and parking lot were ok - the apartment is well organized, plenty of space and terrace ok.

There were many issues and I don't want to leave any of them out: - it was very cold when we arrived and the owner forbade us to use the air conditioning to heat the space - he told us that if we insisted we would have to pay extra! - the apartment smelled of tobacco, it was stuffy even though I found all the windows open (I think it was 15 degrees inside) - small towels were missing, we were told that this is the rule - the bedroom is very small, the bed is covered with a plastic mattress protector, very uncomfortable (we had to remove it) - the mattress was double and covered with 2 sheets of a small mattress - after 1 hour the sheets were twisted) - the only furniture in the bedroom consists of 2 bedside tables with a single broken lamp - in the kitchen there is no sponge for dishes and no solution for washing dishes (as I usually found in other locations) - it was full of ants in the kitchen, we had to buy an insect spray) - in the bathroom, the furniture is old and consists of disparate pieces - the shower cabin was broken and instead of the door there was a 3m curtain (which was mostly on the floor) - we tried to use the umbrella on the terrace and the owner told us to close it because the wind was blowing... it was more of a breeze - as soon as we left for the beach she came and closed it (in our absence) In general, the apartment, although spacious and bright, exudes a sad and poor appearance - it is much overrated!
