Habitaciones Coyoacan (UNAM)

I had a wonderful stay at Susana's place. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the neighborhood is friendly, safe, and conveniently located near public transportation. One of my favorite parts was Susana's beautiful terrace, where I enjoyed my morning coffee surrounded by lovely Mexican plants and artwork. It felt like a small oasis in the city. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest while being close to great restaurants, local art, and authentic Mexican culture, I highly recommend staying here. I would happily stay again!

That it finished

Todo! el barrio y la casa, la hospitalidad, la decoración, los muebles...Susana fue muy amable, yo venía de una pésima experiencia en otro alojamiento y tuve que salir corriendo urgente. Fue realmente reconfortante llegar a su alojamiento, me sentí segura y el barrio es hermoso, caminando a la UNAM eran unos 25 minutos. Sin duda volveré.

Very comfortable, quiet, and spacious room (we had the king suite which included sofa, small dining table, and large bathroom). In a residential neighborhood. There was a little kitchen in the room and drinkable water in the small kitchen in the hall. You could easily hear other guests if they were in the hall but everyone when we stayed there was very respectful. Everything was clean, and there was good hot water in the shower. The location was good too, within walking distance to restaurants, a mall, a metro and bus stop.

Communication from the host was difficult; we almost didn't get into the place because a message with arrival instructions that they sent a week in advance never arrived (hard to tell if that is there fault or Booking.com's). Then when we messaged the host via WhatsApp as instructed, it still took us hours to receive a response. Also there is no common area with seating and no outdoor area.

La atención de la encargada y la ubicación

Que no sean respetados los reglamentos de la Ciudad. Los lugares que se dedican a servicios de estancias y hoteles deben garantizar la seguridad de TODOS sus clientes. Contar minimamente con rampas adecuadas y pasamanos para evitar accidentes. Las personas con discapacidad viven en todos lados y también viajan y también pagan el precio de sus habitaciones por lo que también deben ser considerados sus derechos. No basta solamente con indicar en esta página que no son accesibles a personas con discapacidad. Si brinda servicios de hospedaje deben seguir los reglamentos indicados, cuando se decide poner su propiedad al servicio del público no solo se adquieren beneficios sino tambien responsabilidades sociales. Los invito a ustedes y a sus clientes a reflexionar sobre la inclusión. Agradezco la pronta respuesta a mi petición de cambio de habitación a planta baja. Para no sufrir un accidente en sus escaleras. Sin embargo, lamenté haber perdido espacio, una cama y una puerta segura en mi habitación, ya que era una puerta corrediza, sin chapa ni seguro y estaba fuera de la casa (en la que si tenían puertas de seguridad). Lucho por un mundo en el que no tengamos que perder beneficios por los cuales ya pagamos con tal de salvaguardar nuestra seguridad y dignidad.
