It was local to all amenities, and the hosts were very obliging

The best thing is that Stuart is super responsive and welcoming. He explained everything clear and replied to messages promptly. The location is excellent for beach lovers. The room is comfy. Although breakfast is not included, porridges are provided (as well as some sweets and biscuits, instant coffee & tea bags).

Be aware that the drive way can only fit in two cars. Thus the third car would need to park on street. Not a busy street though (weekends in June).

Easy to find from the station. Welcoming and cheerful staff. Made to feel extremely welcome.

Everything was great the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need...eg toothbrushes biscuits even porridge. The room was clean warm and homely. What more can you ask for. Great value too will defo bear them in mind for our next trip.

Absolutely nothing

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with gorgeous furniture. Everything very clean. It was room only but porridge pots were in the room for breakfast alo f with the tra and coffee

The hosts were great, friendly and helpful, rooms are quirky and clean, no breakfast at the Guest house however this suited us we liked getting out early for breakfast on the sea front. Great location for a minute to the promenade.
