"Amazing hosts great location and parking right outside the property"

Hosts were very friendly I was allowed to park my car right outside the property so that was very convenient the room was amazing with a great selection of tea and coffee and biscuits and also porridge pots which we didn’t use and there is an amazing cafe just around the corner which did an amazing full I will definitely book there again.

"Fantastic guest house."

Lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean with a very comfy bed. Free parking in a great location. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend it .

"Fab place in a great location."

What a great, I mean GREAT, little place to stay. Only a few rooms and Stuart seemed to be able to sort parking which meant we were as close as you can get to the sea front with free parking. That is a bonus in itself. The room, whilst not hugely spacious had everything and more that you need. Even a clothes drier for your stuff to dry after a gentle dip in the sea. Brill. Thank you.

"Lovely quirky place"

The bed was very comfortable, everything was lovely and clean and there were nice touches in the bathroom, with luxury lotions to use. Although there's no breakfast provided here, there were porridge pots available and biscuits to go with tea and coffee. Plenty of cafes close by for a cooked breakfast too.

Personally, I would prefer uht milk pots for my brew, instead of the powder form, I find this effects the flavour of a brew.

"Very good"

I liked the character of the room and guest house. The room was well equipped with everything I needed.

The bed was a little soft for my liking and I felt the mattress was possibly a bit past its best.

"Perfect Location, Seaview, Spotless Room, Friendly and Welcoming Hosts"

A friendly welcome from Stuart, and a car parking space right next to the door. The family room as a view of the sea and harbour. The location is fantastic. Debbie showed us to our room. Easy access code and key to get in. Room was spotless and very comfortable.

The bunk beds squeak a bit
