The George Guest House

Amanda was super helpful before and during our stay, letting us store bikes (including à tandem) and with an early check in, at the end of our Way of the Roses bike ride. The room was comfortable with lots of free snacks.

Very nice host! The street is full of guest houses, this definitely looked like the nicest one. Very clean bathrooms.

Would have preferred ensuite but bathroom near and very clean. Overall excellent Amanda and Mark very helpful and friendly. I would recommend a stay. Also very near to shops and other facilities. Sea front also very close

Great location and very clean and comfortable and very affordable. We shared a bathroom with another room which was very clean and had a range of toiletries to use if you wanted. Also tea and coffee station with treat basket were also a lovely touch. Will definately book here again

Amanda was fantastic, we were later arriving than arranged due to traffic, it was absolutely no problem to her when we phoned to let her know. When we arrived, what a lovely lady. Our room was spotless with lots of thoughtful extras that made our stay perfect. Very quiet overnight and very comfortable bed. Thank you Amanda, will definitely stay with you again and will recommend you without hesitation to anyone needing to stay in the area. Mike and Diane Butterworth.
