The location is the BEST. Right on the water. Listening to the waves hit the rocks was just fantastic. I loved it. It was exactly what i was looking for.

The internet was weak and the option of watching TV would have been good.

This is, price-quality, a good option for one, two, three very quiet nights before flying back. A five minutes drive from airport. Beverly is very friendly and helpfull. Thank god far away from the famous Hipstrip on a stretch near the airport runway (not too many flights, so not always airplane noise, no flights during the night) Good local cafes and restaurants (Snappaz) without many tourists. From the terrace with the stairs directly into the sea. If you want a sandy beach you can go to Tropical Bliss Beach (paying entry) on 500m. Relax seats and table on the terrace and close to my room. Looking on your laptop under the fruit trees....

Because this is a guesthouse there is no possiblity for breakfast and also no 'plastic card' payments. We in Europe are to much relied on bankcards. You have to tell Bev when you want to take a hot shower, but who needs hot water? I took in 15 days Jamaica maybe one shower with the 'red robinet'.

Absolutely, love Ms. Bev! I didn’t have to worry about transportation. I wanted the real experience of Montego and it was definitely provided. I definitely enjoyed the view and the house.

if, you’re bougie this isn’t the spot for you. I’m down to earth and felt completely at home. Ms. Bev is as awesome and felt like family. I’m sitting at a resort right now and would rather go back to Jamrock. The view and water is everything! Transportation gave me the true experience of Montego Bay from the food, shopping and night life. Our driver never left us, so I felt very safe at all times. I’m coming back and skipping the resort.

The villa is located close to the airport and has a private beach entry amazing for a morning dip in the sea. Also the host and driver were really lovely welcoming and helpful. It's a gorgeous place and I would stay there again.

the roof was leaking in the living room and bedroom and there was no hot water nor tv that we could watch

The facilities were ok & the staff was ok especially the owner he was very welcoming and kind he took us around dropped us to get groceries & stuff & waited.
