Bev was great. She recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and had an incredible view. We lounged on the deck feeling the breeze for several hours.

It’s proximity to the airport was a bit too close and directly under the plane’s flight path. Also, air conditioning would be great. it got very hot in the room. Also, advanced warning that payment was only accepted in cash would have been nice. maybe a remind the day before so we could be prepared.

Miss Bev was a great host. Warm, curteous, and helpful. The location was fantastic - close to the airport and a short drive from 'town'. Private access to the ocean - a real treat in Jamaica where so much of the shoreline is owned by big resorts. Peace! No TVs blaring. Other guests were quiet and respectful. The ultra clean, bright, spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed. A decent restaurant just a five minute walk away. The competitive price. Great for a couple of days before onward travel to another part of the island.

No air conditioning, which is inexplicable. Night temperature was 27°c/80°fwith a real-feel of 33°c/91°f, hotter during the day. No Aircon, little respite from the ceiling fans in the room and lounge area. The freestanding fan in the bedroom was OK, but aircon would elevate the place. No full-length mirror in the bedroom. Two mirrors in the bathroom, one chest up, the other neck up. Pre-trip communication from the owner was gruff and not industry standard (I travel for a living, never experienced anything like it on six continents). The points being made could have been articulated better if the owner understood their impact on customer experience. I advise seeking a hospitality comms expert to draft some standard text (that's not in ALL CAPS). These things make a huge difference.

The staff was friendly. The place was exceptionally clean. The location is great.

It would have been nice to have soap and bath products in the room.

The host was amazing. The views were fantastic. The house is right on the edge of the ocean with easy access. The price was perfect.

I like it had its own private balcony and access to the water.

The front of the house was not appealing. The Wi-Fi connection was horrible. The hot water is controlled by the host. There is no air condition. The bathroom had bugs crawling on the floor.

All ok

All ok for me. However the property is selfcatering, we were on a late arrival flight hence we had to find some breakfast food for the morning our driver Gary was very helpful with this. Just a suggestion maybe a small welcome pack with a few breakfast items, which could be charged to the room would be a good idea.
