Great location, nice terrace, loved doors opening onto balcony.

Toilet in the bedroom, no door on shower, not finished to high standard, fridge door broken and freezer didn’t open as fitment in way, hard work to carry suitcase upstairs,

The apartment had some positives — the location was convenient, check-in was smooth, and the host was very polite and even let us check in earlier, which we really appreciated. Very important to mention is that it was also clean.

There were several things that made the stay less comfortable. The place was very humid, so a dehumidifier would be a good addition. The bathroom layout was impractical since the sink was too close to the toilet, making it uncomfortable to use. The bed was quite stiff, the apartment was often noisy due to the neighbourhood, and the internet connection was slow. Overall, okay for a short stay, but with these improvements it could be a much better experience.

Trully a place that is part of the history of Chania! A wonderful place that pictures do not do justice! I fell in love with every little detail! I hold a very soft place to my heart for Fagotto as it echoes the past in a unique way. Thank you for our stay!

After spending some time in the gorgeous historic city of Chania, we learned that there is 'old Chania' and then there is 'really old Chania'! Fagotto Art Residences is located in this very historic part of the city that is closed to vehicular traffic. For those of us who love history and understanding more about how people lived in bygone times, this part of town is exceptionally magical! The building itself dates back hundreds of years, but the apartment had all the modern conveniences plus a beautiful, spacious terrace that was perfect for evening drinks. Also, the location was an easy walk to a very nice beach and there were many excellent restaurants, groceries, and other shops within a few steps. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, also because the Mata and Irina always go the extra mile to help their guests feel at home.

Vacation ended too quickly! We want to go back!
