the location was centre yet just in retreat to make it great. the tenants were warm and welcoming. the amenities were clean and spacious. The kitchen was right next to our area with all facilities.

Alta & Addey are fantastic hosts, we were greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival, the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was spotless and beautifully finished. The location couldn't be much better and there is ample parking. If we are ever in this part of the world again we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

There were no cons to this property I only wished we had stayed a bit longer.

Everything went well. Let us drop our bags early. Common fridge was helpful and the location was perfect. Our host was very informative about Franschhoek as well. A fine establishment.

Lovely hosts, great location downtown in a calm parallel road to the main street.

You could sometimes hear groups of people in the street walking home and chatting loud during the night, as the windows are of a older style and not noise proof. It did not bother us — it may do so to very noise sensitive people.
