Very good location

Perfectly located, very comfortable and Alta and Addey are so lovely, helpful. Huge bathroom, great amenities, would definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike

The verandah room is a good size with a lovely verandah outside to eat breakfast. The bed is comfortable, lots of extras including a muffin left at the door for breakfast and lovely owners who are very helpful. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and wine tram.

Only small issue is no sun blocking curtain on the door so it's bright very early.

Nothing

The owner was lovely, she helped a lot with our last minute booking process. The room is simple with an open bathroom, which is displayed in the photos of the room. Very central locations and at the same time quite enough to leave the window open most of the time at night.

There are a couple of things which would really upgrade the accomodation: - The towels are pretty old and thin. - The carpets should be properly cleaned from time to time. - The toilet is very noisy for about 5 min after flushing it. - Random shampoo/ shower gel could be replaced with nicer bottles. It felt like some guests just left it there. - Coffee/tee corner needs improvement (dirty cups) and overall outdated. - Mattresses should be cleaned. There were stains visible through the bed sheet.

Zeer vriendelijke hosts, goede locatie, fijne ruimte

In de zomer kan het erg heet worden, door alleen de ventilator aan het plafond werd het niet koel genoeg.
