La saleté, AUCUNE insonorisation, le room service ne refait pas le lit, tellement de loupé c'est dur de tout reprendre.

Super Kommunikation mit dem Personal, vom pick up bis zum drop off. Komfortable Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Insektenschutz, Kühlschrank, Föhn (liegt im Schminktisch) alles super sauber. Super freiluftbad mit Zahnbürsten, zahnpasta, shampoo, seife etc.

Die Klobrille hatte einen kleinen riss, konnte aber trotzdem benutzt werden. Der Wasserkocher war sehr verkalkt (aber wer braucht bitte einen Wasserkocher wenn einem jeder kleine Laden kochendes wasser bietet). Der Kühlschrank hat von innen etwas gerochen (würde nur Getränke darin kühlen). Die Lage ist okay.. Würde aber einen Roller mieten da man zum nächsten Restaurant knapp 10 min laufen muss was aber auch nicht schlimm ist... alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden.

The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and always around to serve. Great stay.

Good location, villa and facilities.

Water pressure and temperature in the showers could have been better.

The room was clean, we had a very nicely prepared room upon arrival. The staff was very helpful and kind. They advised and helped us with everything. We had breakfast included in the price, which was excellent.

Location & Staff were amazing, very accomodating and would do anything to make your stay comfortable. The bathrooms in 5 of the cottages needed a little bit of love but didn’t dwell on our overall stay. Would recommend The Box Paradise Cottage to anyone looking for very reasonable priced accommodation in Penida.
