Jorge was super friendly and helpful Amazing range of little snacks, tea and access to drinking water and boiling water. Nice room cleaned daily Cute clean bathroom Lovely hangout spot on the roof and could use utensils for food prep up there

The place is very quiet and safe. Very good location. The owner is very friendly and very helpful.

The window in the room was looking inside the building so didn't have any day light coming into the room.

First of all Jorge was an amazing host! Very understanding and very generous and would go above and beyond to make you happy. The place is super quiet, and peaceful, the location is great. We chose the room with AC and tv which was very comfortable. The only issue was the shower was not working properly.

The lady boss that works there does not have a welcoming attitude. She’s not too friendly and does not smile at all. Working is hospitality even if she does not like people she should try to act a lil bit. Also We rang the doorbell at least 5 times with no one coming to open the door for us. When they finally opened the door no apologies no smiles no welcome from the lady whatsoever (things my girl noticed) they just told us since we are early to come back at 2pm for check in.

- the aircon was great - the tv in the room was great - location was great - the double bed in the twin room was comfy - nice and spacious hostel

- the single bed in the twin room could be comfier - there are alot of rules when you check in

Location was great and staff very helpful allowing us to store our bags before and after our stay.

Building work is going on currently, so a bit noisy. Charge to refill water. Room had an uncovered window, which let in a lot of light in the morning.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. For an extra 80 pesos you can leave your bag and use the showers/toilets/wifi for the day after you've checked out.

The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze and paying by card is not an option. Direct transfer payments are only possible if you're staying for 4 days or more.

Traditional property with old world charm. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The manager, Jorge, was such a gentleman it was a pleasure to stay there. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has a lovely terrace on the roof with kitchen facilities. The location was central and within walking distance of many of the landmarks of Oaxaca.
