Everything was ok. The only thing that was missing was that the shower floor was not clean and the was no enough toilet paper.

Nothing much. all they need to do is scrape the shower floor

The location is excellent, staff very friendly and all the rooms we used were clean and well kept.

There is Free Wi-Fi @ the property but the connection is so slow that is not even worth connecting.

The bed was supper comfortable. Hot water.

The check-in process, from the gate to the receptionist area, needs drastic improvement. The security guard needs to be trained on hospitality and guidance on handling processes.I guess this is a work in progress. The toiletory (rolls,soap,towls) need drastic improvements. Unstable Wi-Fi.

The room was clean, fresh linen and replenishing of portable drinking water in the fridge daily.We really appreciated the generosity of the housekeeper we overslept and ended up checking out thirty minutes late and we were not pressured about the inconvenience caused.The quietness of the place we slept peacefully without any disturbances.

The key for our room didn't have a remote for the gate and every time when approaching the gate we needed to make a phone call so that the housekeeper could open the gate and sometimes we came back in the early hours of the morning which we saw as an inconvenience to us and the house keeper.
