Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento a 52 euro per 1 notte. Quando siamo arrivati verso le 18, l'appartamento era ancora occupato dal precedente ospite che non vaveva ancora lasciato l'appartamento, I Proprietari nemmeno lo sapevano, e non sapevano come contattarlo (c'erano ancora i bagagli dentro). Ci hanno proposto una stanza al piano superiore con bagno condiviso. Ci hanno chiesto 50 euro per la stanza con bagno condiviso che abbiamo pagato senza avere alcuna ricevuta. 50 euro per stanza con bagno condiviso rispetto ai 52 per l'appartamento è esageratissimo. Non fare alcuna ricevuta non va bene. I proprietari parlano lingua locale e spagnolo. Difficile capirsi. Gestione approssimativa. Sceglite questa struttura solo se vi sentite fortunati.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate guests and assist whenever needed. The room and bedding are clean and well-maintained, and the accommodation includes air conditioning and a terrace with a beautiful sea view.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase alongside the house, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage. There are four rooms on the same floor sharing a common kitchen and two shared bathrooms. Depending on the other guests staying at the property, the level of cleanliness in the shared areas may vary, and cooking odors from the kitchen are unavoidable. The sea and beach are not too far away and can be reached by going down a set of stairs. However, climbing back up after spending the day at the beach can be quite challenging.
