Having Cottage type of rooms are good for privacy. And also cottages are constructed without harm to the nature.

AC unit is is very noisy.

Family room wasn't bad. It was a clean room

There was a double room that was not clean. There was some cockroch in that double room

Good facilities relative to price. Comfy bed, good sized bedroom. Good aircon. Breakfast/dinner was lovely, reasonably priced. Great hosts, who went out of their way to accommodate us. Including organising a tuktuk from bus stop to property, and bicycles for us to do the ancient city. Also helped us find a bus to leave!

The room was very comfortable but the bathroom had lots of frogs! I didn’t mind much, they didn’t come into the bedroom- but it might bother some people so FYI.

Everything perfect and fine there with very friendly people who owns this place . Providing an exceptional service with quality. Good environment convenient services. Good food , good sleep with calm and quiet surrounding.

Everything specially the friendly welcoming and value added services. They're really experience with travel and tourism industry. I'm never hesitate to recommended this to any travellers need something like home.

the room smelled mouldy and was humid as well. felt like that it had been closed for a while. could really use a deep cleaning and freshen up.

The owner was very polite and friendly. He helped us in finding the bus from Trincomalee to Polonnaruwa and also arranged a tuktuk with a reasonable price from bus station to property and also for visiting attractions. We ordered launch which was very delicious and in a good price. He prepared food for two person but charged only for one. a small restaurant and a small supermarket were nearby.

Since the long duration between reserves, the insect problem will be overcomes if the room cleaning occurs just before arriving new guests not just after living the previous. when we arrived the windows was open and many insects was in the room. When we wanted leaving the room for a couple of hours, the owner asked us to turn the AC off, so in our return the room was so warm. In the room and bathroom was frogs, beetle and lizard. It was in old city and far from the city center.
