Not clean

Had a great stay at Jack’s den. Its very close to all tourist places and its walkable distance from bustand. Rooms are very clean well maintained. Service is good. Highly recommended.

New room great hot shower With kitchen and great common area Very clean and comfortable It's a new hostel and like like they put a lot of effort of making it comfortable

The dorms are too small for 6 people but manageable One stuff member not nice and talks just about payment all the time but the boss is nice so it's not his fault

The experience was below par. The very first thing is the bed sheets were not clean and the room was stinking as well. As a hotel, the very basic things that are provided are a water bottle, soap and hand wash. None of them were provided. The hotels as per their operation need to clean the room and change the bedsheets every single day and nothing of that sorts actually was the case.

No breakfast.location worst ugly.staffs friendly.i asked to change the room due to un Comfortable.they have changes immediately.but at the tym they cleaned that room so some cleaning issues was their in was room and beds also.if would have booked early it may be perfect.Tv connection was not their.and caboards not available.And towel not good.it looks black.And bedspread was stained.i informed to change that.They changed too but that’s ok ok.Responce and support vise they are very good.the reaidency located in residential area like main bazar.so so rounding looks not good as we expect and as shown in the picture.But it’s near to Pondy bus stand.we can walk.And they are providing scooter for rental.Thats too good.And they didn’t provide breakfast and paste brush soaps and all.if you go to some business hotel in this 2k price you la get all the aminities.chek out time is very sharp.if you extend one hr they ok charge 200 rupees.My suggestion they can improve cleaning.lots of mosquitos in room.
