Amazing property, location & structures. The restaurant had great & unique offerings.

Have screenshots of my original reservation that confirmed a standalone villa (with photo & text) which we did not get. Instead we had an office, another apartment above and laundry room attached to the room. Amazing room but we specifically booked a special escape to have no shared walls. Had issues with wifi and lights working with staff resistant to help. I found an easy fix with the light myself by screwing in the bulb while the staff watched me and was not willing to solve. Then they told me too bad on the wifi even though they could give me a password for the one above and I had to insist. The final blow was when the AC would not shut off - the manager woman insulted me and told me I was causing many problems. For wanting the room booked, the lights and wifi to work and to be able to turn off an AC! Wow. The staff proceeded to be unfriendly and welcoming after that.

Very comfortable and quirky. We stayed in the Boveda Hassan villa, and felt we were in Morocco. The attention to detail in the design and furnishing is amazing; the tile work is fantastic! The staff are wonderful and the restaurant, a short walk away, was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, menus are interesting with lots of options, and the food was fresh and delicious.

The building we stayed in was gorgeous. Our rooms were spectacular. Like staying on an exquisite set. The bed was comfortable. The accommodations clean. It was quiet at night. Lovely desert garden surrounds. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beach close by.

Things weren’t the most practically set up. The steps to our lodging were high and set to the side. The tub was huge but there was not enough hot water to take a bath. The closet is very tall so you have to stand on your toes to hang clothing on the hangers. (If you are of average height.)

l'intérieur de la cabane marocaine ressemblait à un château moyennâgeux ce qu'à plût très bien. Ils manquent des tables d'études , des lampes à lire bien qu'on comprend que ceci n'est pas vraiement possible dans les limites de la nostalgie (atmosphère ouverte, manque de filets d'insectes). Il serait mieux de pouvoir manger dedans , il manque un microwave en ce moment. La propreté a été meilleure que normale. L'endroit fît une impression très bien soigné. Bien que ça , on a l'impression que l'influence de malpropreté par des conditions ambientales est forte et pose des difficultés grandes qui peuvent se présenter de menaçes comme p.e. la présence de sable et d'autres particules volantes distribuées par le vent. Aussi, les chats , bien qu'ils ont été beaucoup plus propres que le normal ne sont pas très propres en tant qu'animaux "sauvages".

Les difficultés sanitaires peuvent être un peu difficile à supporter pour des européennes en tant qu'inhabituées. Au contraire, cette difficulté peut représenter une étappe à une solution meilleure au principe. Le gèrement des déchets pose des problèmes, probablement, en conçerne de la santé écologique sensuelles du désert de BCS qui "fleurit" et "vie").

Our room was decorated with photos and furniture from India which was beautiful and unusual. The location was an easy walk to many great places to eat. Also a short walk down to the beach. They have a very good restuarant at the hotel which gives you one free cup of coffee daily.

The water pressure was very low but the entire area needs to conserve water so we were ok with that. We would have liked to have a small kitchenette to prepare our own food. We knew in advance that was not available.

This exceeded our expectation. The reviews we read stated that it was nicely curated, but WOW, what a nice place. Make sure to book a room if you are in the area, it will NOT disappoint and will be such an enjoyable unique expereince.
