Very nice decoration, the rooftop and sunrise view is one of the highlights of our trip

The pillow was not that comfortable.

Everything about this property was superlative, but particularly the interior courtyard, which we used just to relax and, also, for morning coffee and an occasional cooked meal in the communal kitchen. Adelena was most welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

It was all perfect.

The restaurant was very good. Staff was great. The room was comfortable and large.

The room I stayed in didn’t have a lot of windows. Which was great for sleeping, not so good for hanging out.

The property was beautiful and well taken care of, staff was lovely. Food /coffee was great. We had a lovely view from our patio while not unobstructed it was still nice because the architecture in front of it was pleasing to the eye. There are a few little windows to the sea but, mostly obstructed by trees and buildings. Could walk to the beach but it was farther than expected. Room was full of perfect details I wouldn't change a thing and I am aesthetically very picky! . A tea kettle would have been a nice touch! I could open the bedroom window and see the sunrise from the bed- very spectacular. Nice "slow food" restaurant on site, so there is foot traffic on the property when its open. I loved the seating on the patio with a throw blanket.

There were a few little disappointments, Theres not enough hot water in mexico to fill even 2 inches of the bath tub so I don't know why it has one! Was looking forward to a bath, but that makes me the naive one I think! It says it two minutes to the beach but you would have to be in a car for that to be true. You can walk there in about 10 min so it wasn't as close as I thought from reading the website. Nbd. I didn't realize the elevation of the place. Maybe 300 meters not feet from the shore. You have to walk a few blocks over and down a hill to get to the beach. Doable in about 10 min. We went for a lovely sunrise. The room was pretty dark in the day which kept it nice and cool a little dark for hanging out. Never turned on the the heat or ac in Feb. The patio lights light up the frosted windows at night. So it was weirdly too bright without closing the shades. I luggage stand in the bathroom would have been good! The bed was firm! This place had really only one negative in my mind (and this goes for most of the restaurants we went to in Baja) cheesy american jazzy musak playing in the restaurant all it open hours 7am - 9 pm . You could hear it everywhere. I would much rather hear authentic, instrumental music to the area than American overplayed pop hits sung mellow and jazzy.
