No airco on a very hot weekend made the stay quite unpleasant.

Tenía un gran encanto, la zona muy bien ubicada, habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, incluida nevera. El trato con la anfitriona aunque no pudiéramos conocerla fue perfecto nos ayudó en todo lo necesario. Además teníamos parking. Un encanto de lugar.

Todo nos gustó. Sólo que hacía mucho calor aunque tuvimos ventilador.

The location of the apartment is superb, close to the mall, to the train station (to go into Florence in 20 minutes!) and to many great restaurants. The host was also really friendly and helping. On our way there we had an unrepairable flat tyre and she helped us managing new tyres and replacing current ones through her own mechanic, so the car was ready when we left the apartment. A real hidden gem!

We couldnt close the top window in our apartment, so we just left it open, but there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. Also we didn't tell the host, I'm sure she would've helped us if we told her.

Very nice room and bathroom, quiet and clean, well equipped and furnished. Parking in front of the room. Nice garden. Coffee machine and tea available.

A bit cold (we stayed at the beginning of January). No shower gel or shampoo available.

Location location location.. Literally a 5 minute walk to the mall and grocery store, 6 minutes to the train station. Sylvia our host spoke English and Spanish, was very helpful and would answer any messages we sent her promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

Situated in a nice and safe area close to Florence (by car or by train). The parking spot is right in front of the room and you can enjoy the garden in the evening. The host was lovely

It didn’t have AC, but the temperature in the room is decent even during the hot summer days. There is also a ventilator that you can use
