Lepha Guest House

The location looks very safe and private. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was beyond what we expected, very clean and comfortable. After our long travel we got to enjoy the pool facility to calm the heat down and relax.

The wifi was poor in the room so we could not connect to it.

The lady at reception is very friendly and has a good customer service. The location on the area is perfect and closer to the mall and Lephalale town. Unfortunately there's more negatives than positive feedback about this place and will for sure never book it again

Firstly it's false advertising: I booked a family room for two adults and two kids which on bookings pictures the family room has two beds but apparently they don't have rooms with two beds (never as per the lady in reception) Secondly the rooms (when we asked to see our room) are very OLD and smells dirty, old home sheets and brown stained towels are quite old school The last turn off we asked the lady to not spend a night there because a family of four can't sleep on a smallest double bed ( which we already paid 100%) and the lady was quite happy with our decision without even asking what was the main issue
