We booked the sea view and it was wonderful. Somewhat small but it didn’t matter. Well appointed. Rebecca was very helpful and booked us ticket for sunset crayon short notice. She provided guest pass for free traveling on elevator, Lovers Lane and castle

The best stay of our honeymoon so far!! The sea facing balcony is everything - spent a good chunk of our time here outside and enjoying the sun :) host was responsive and her mother was absolutely lovely when checking us in :)

It was pretty much perfect! The only thing I’d change is having a stronger lamp for reading at night as I had to read by flashlight to turn the big light off :)

The view was phenomenal! Had a balcony to sit outside on and enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunsets. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and the hostess very friendly and responded back quickly to any questions we had. It is up from the train station so you will hear frequent trains but it did not bother us. I felt it was a great view and location for us and would definitely stay there again on our next visit back!

I had a great experience with Rebecca and Sollevante. The location was great (right above the train station), and the view from the room was incredible!

Awesome location - immediately across from the train station’s elevator. Walkable to the city center and a bit quieter. The room was great! And the host was so easy to chat w over WhatsApp.

The location had an amazing view of the ocean. At night it was great to hear the waves.

The view from the Balcony sea view room was excellent and Rebecca (the host) was super helpful with city recommendations, self check-in, late checkout, storing bags, payment of city tax, etc. The complementary bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch! The location was very good as well, right next to the train station.

Climbing three storeys with bags was a bit hard but in Riomaggiore you’ll have to walk / climb a lot wherever you go. Overall it was okay, since it was right next to the train station.

The hotel is in a perfect location with the lift down to the station immediately outside. The room was basic and clean. The bathroom was compact also very clean Rebecca was very helpful, friendly, and efficient both before and during our stay, although we never actually met anyone. Communication was made super easy by using WhatsApp. The photos sent to help us find the parking made for a stress free arrival. 😀 We appreciated that Rebecca was able to arrange parking and the residency ticket for us. The price was high for a 2-star hotel but in proportion with other prices in 5Terre where all accommodation is very expensive.

For us, the mattress was too hard, but we appreciate it's difficult to suit everyone. The covers were a little thin for the temperatures in October. There was a lot of noise from the residents above us - scraping of chairs, heavy footsteps, and loud voices. This was particularly irritating at 4.45 am on a Sunday morning 😞
