Kekova Theimussa

Sometimes you go somewhere and never want to leave. Theimussa is one such place. Owned by a lovely family, this 5-room guesthouse is run by Ali Bey, Umran Hanim and their daughter, who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ali Bey’s expertise in Kekova, his maritime experience, and his measured demeanour, combined with Umran Hanim’s meticulousness and wonderful kitchen, make this an exceptional place. The guesthouse offers you a spotless room along with the opportunity to take a speedboat tour of Kekova, which is a must-do activity. Ali Bey took us to Kekova's paradise-like bays throughout the day, and we were once again captivated by the beauty of the area. I would recommend staying at Theimussa if you are in Uçagiz, as you will notice the difference.

Une petite pension tranquille et charmante au bord de l’eau. Hôtes discrets et adorables. Nou avons particulièrement bien dîné avec un excellent rapport qualité prix (poisson frais délicieux parfaitement cuit). Le patron nous a montré les principaux sites avec son bateau magnifique et neuf. Vivement recommandé pour une soirée hors du temps

Kekova Theimussa was a very special stay. The location was wonderful and the staff were fantastic, they went out of their way to meet every possible need and to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend this beautiful establishment, we wish we had stayed longer. Beautiful room, gorgeous view and ideal, quiet location - perfect, thank you.

Very nice location at the left end of Kekova village looking at the bay, with some ancient Lykian tombs right behind the hotel, very friendly owner

The keyhole of our bedroom and the light switches in the bedroom don’t work very well, they could use a bit of improvement

Beautifully presented quiet waterfront accommodation. Hosts were friendly and very helpful ensuring we had a lovely stay in this scenic location. Clean,comfortable rooms with shaded leafy outdoor areas.

Would have loved a swimming location nearby.

Located at the end of the ‘strip’ but still just a stroll to the marina. The hosts were just brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast spread was outstanding. Seating in the garden overlooking the water. The shower was hot and the towels thick. The hosts organised a boat tour for us leaving right from our jetty. A beautiful couple of days. The hotel is just as the pictures. Would definitely recommend

There was nothing not to like.

The Location of the Kekova Theimussa Pension ist absolut fantastic !! If you need peace and relax - that’s the place to be ! The owner Ali and his wife are really caring and try to arrange every wish . Rooms are basic but very clean . There is no television- but you will not miss it : just watch the boots coming in or going out . In the evening i highly recommend the fresh seafood with a traditional salad- cooked by the owners wife .

That there was no direct possibility to swim. Better to take a boat for a swimming trip … or drive to a beach near by….
